I think that training always has it's highs and lows. Some days you feel on top of the world and have no doubt that you can reach your dreams. Then... there are the days when you're flat out tired, in pain, and wonder if you can walk across the street, let alone run a marathon!
I suppose it's the the ups and the downs that make fighting for and reaching a goal so rewarding. The journey may be bumpy, but I'll just keep hanging on with both hands. :)
