Since this is the first blog post in my training blog, I feel like I should clarify that it is NOT my first day of training. I have been actively training since May. I did a half marathon in July, took a little time off, and then hit it hard again. Some of you might be wondering if I am following a specific training plan. I actually am not! I have taken into consideration several different training plans and ideas and combined/tweaked them to fit my needs and goals.
It's pretty crazy, but definitely rewarding. I love seeing the progress that I've made over these months!
